1Apply using the minitech Moving Out Application Form
If you wish to move out, please register using the "Moving Out Application Form" below at least one month prior to moving out.
Please note that we do not accept moving out notifications by phone. Please apply to move out using the "Moving Out Application Form."

- For individual contracts, after submitting the Moving Out Application Form, please submit a moving out application from the "Dedicated Tenant MyPage" to complete your move-out notification on the "Dedicated Tenant MyPage."
- For corporate contracts, please submit the Moving Out Application Form to complete your move-out notification.
- For individual contracts, we will confirm the property name, room number, tenant's name, contact information, move-out date, and document mailing address at the time of move-out notification.
- For corporate contracts, we will confirm the property name, room number, tenant's name, contact information, move-out date, corporate representative's name, company contact information, and document mailing address at the time of move-out notification.
We cannot accept move-out notifications from tenants. Please be sure that the person in charge at your company contacts us.
- The number of days required for the move-out notification varies depending on the property, so please check the terms of your lease contract.
- There are special benefits for those who move into another minitech-managed property.

- Some properties allow you to return your keys by mail. In such cases, the Move-out Reception Center will provide you with a "Key Return Envelope" (yellow envelope).
2Send the Cancellation Notification
- If you applied through the "Dedicated Tenant MyPage," you can submit the Cancellation Notice and the Report of Stains and Damage Caused by Intentional or Negligent Acts through the "Dedicated Tenant MyPage," so please complete the procedures from the "Dedicated Tenant MyPage."
- The Reception Center will send the tenant the Cancellation Notification and the Report of Stains and Damage Caused by Intentional or Negligent Acts (to the specified address). Please fill out the forms and return them to the Reception Center at least two weeks prior to moving out. (If you cannot return the form by the deadline, please contact the Reception Center at 0800-222-3209 (toll-free).)
3Key return
After receiving the Cancellation Notification, we will send you a "Key Return Envelope" (yellow envelope) by mail.
Key return procedure
First, fill out the necessary information on the back of the "Key Return Envelope" (yellow envelope).
(1) Confirm that the lessee has not left or forgotten any personal items in the room.
(2) Exit the room and lock the front door.
(3) After locking the door, place all keys received during contracting in the "Key Return Envelope" (yellow envelope).
(4) Double check for any omissions on the "Key Return Envelope" (yellow envelope).
(5) Seal the "Key Return Envelope" (yellow envelope) securely and deposit it in the mailbox.
This completes the key return process.
*When mailing, please double-check that the necessary information (including your signature) is filled out on the back of the "Key Return Envelope" (yellow envelope). The date of the postmark will be considered the date of handover.
*The termination of the lease contract will be effective upon the return of the keys. If you move out without submitting the "Key Return Envelope" (yellow envelope), you will be required to pay rent until it is submitted.
*Please ensure that no items are left behind in the room. If any items are left behind, you will be charged a separate disposal fee.
