We respond to building equipment issues that require urgent attention.
Power outage, ringing of emergency bell, drainage problems, water cutoff, water leaks, water heater failure, no gas, etc. (This does not include lost keys.)
*If the cause of the malfunction is due to intentional or negligent acts by the tenant, the tenant will be responsible for the cost including dispatch expenses, repair expenses, technical costs, and replacement parts.
