Minitech corporation has established the following basic policy on information security and implements information security measures in order to protect the information assets of customers and other parties handled in the course of business and our information assets from accidents, disasters, crime, and other threats, and to live up to the trust placed in us by society.
1. We take all possible measures to ensure the security of all information assets handled in the course of business, and always place the highest priority on preventing risks of loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage from materializing.
2. Officers, employees, and others who handle information assets comply with our Information Security Policy and fulfill the duties and responsibilities stipulated therein.
3. We work to maintain and improve information security by continuously evaluating the risks of information assets, taking into account technological advances and changes in the business environment, and reflecting them in our Information Security Policy and various measures based on it.
4. We strive to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets by conducting regular audits of the status of various information security operations and other matters, and taking appropriate corrective measures as necessary.
5. In the event of an information security incident, we will implement a prompt initial response to prevent the spread of damage and thoroughly investigate the cause, implement countermeasures, and prevent recurrence.
6. We comply with laws, regulations, and other rules related to information security, protect social order, and contribute to the sound development of society.
