はじめにご用意いただくもの

入居時に仲介会社から管理会社発行の「初期解錠パスワード通知書兼入室方法のご案内」 (以下、通知書という)が交付されます。初めて建物内(エントランスオートロック)に 入る際は、本通知書をご用意してください。

① 準備する

登録したいICカードとスマートフォンをすべて用意してください。

●iPhoneの場合

Apple Pay または、Suica アプリを登録し準備は完了です。


●androidの場合

事前にOPELOアプリをインストールしてください。

その後、初期設定※を完了させ、「機器登録」から「エントランス」を選択してください。案内に沿い「スマートフォン登録」まで進めてください。

③ OPELO専用テンキーに登録パスワードの入力

④ ICカード・スマートフォンをかざす

OPELO専用テンキーにICカード・スマートフォンをかざす。

※複数の端末登録を行う場合、かざす毎に『1』または『3』を押す必要があります。
※1 回登録を行った後、再度登録したい場合、②スマートフォン登録の準備から行ってください。
※各々のエントランスを登録する必要があります。

■注意
登録有効期限内にICカードかスマートフォンのどちらかは必ず登録を行ってください。
有効期限以降は、記載された登録パスワードでは、一切登録ができなくなります。

⑤ OPELO専用テンキーにICカード・スマートフォンをかざし解錠する

登録後は、登録済みのICカード又はスマートフォンをかざすことで、エントランスオートロックを解錠できるようになります。
なお、訪問者等は既設のオートロック操作盤に記載された操作手順に従い、呼び出しを行いますので室内のインターフォンで解錠してあげてください。

When you move in, you will receive a notification titled「“Initial Unlock Password Notification and Room Entry Instructions” issued by the management company from the agency company. Please have this notification on hand when you enter the building (entrance auto-lock) for the first time.

(1) Prepare

(2) Prepare smartphone registration

Register the Apple Pay or Suica app to complete preparations.

Install the OPELO app in advance.

Then, after completing the initial setup※select “Register Device” and then “Entrance.” Follow the instructions to “Smartphone Registration.”

*Refer to the following for theregistration ID and the QR code for registrationto be used when performing the initial setup.

(3) Enter registration password on the dedicated OPELO keypad

Enter the registration password on the “Initial Unlock Password Notification and Room Entry Instructions” on the dedicated OPELO keypad.

(4) Hold IC card or smartphone over keypad

Hold a registered IC card or smartphone over the dedicated OPELO keypad.

*When registering multiple devices, you must press “1” or “3” each time you hold up an IC card/smartphone.
*Once registration is complete, if you wish to re-register, start from (2) Prepare smartphone registration.
*You will need to register each entrance.

■Caution
Please be sure to register either an IC card or smartphone before the registration expiration date.
You will not be able to register with the registration password after the expiration date.

(5) Unlock the door by holding a registered IC card or smartphone over the dedicated OPELO keypad

After registration, the registered IC card or smartphone can be held over the keypad to unlock the entrance auto-lock.
Visitors will call you according to the operation procedure described on the existing auto-lock operation panel, so please unlock the door using the intercom in your room.

※关联多个终端时，每次感应前都需要按“1”或“3”。

■注意事项
请务必在关联有效期内关联IC卡或智能手机中的任意一种。
超过有效期后，所登载的关联密码将完全无法进行关联。

⑤ 将IC卡/智能手机靠近OPELO专用数字键盘感应解锁

关联后，感应已关联的IC卡或智能手机，即可解锁入口自动锁。
此外，访客等将根据自动锁操作面板上的操作步骤进行呼叫，请通过室内对讲机进行解锁。
