*The 90% rent guarantee is based on the rent assessed by minimini Corporation.

*The rent guarantee period is one year starting two months after the date of completion of the property.

*Only rent is covered. (Settlement will be carried out every six months.)

*If the total rent deposit for six months is less than 90% of the initial rent level, the amount less than 90% will be covered.

*The amount and conditions of the guarantee may vary depending on factors such as planned site, completion date, and type of room layout. Rent guarantee may not be available in some cases. Please ask our staff for details.
