家主様向けに弊社から発行する書面を電子交付し、
専用WEBサイトからご確認いただける家主様専用サイト「オーナーマイページ」です。

オーナーマイページを利用するメリット

オーナーマイページへの電子交付が対象となる書面

（１）送金のご案内
　　※管理委託契約書に定められた送金確定日の前日より閲覧が出来るように交付します
（２）送金のご案内と併せて電子交付する書類（不定期）
　　※契約期間満了予定者一覧、弊社からのご案内文章を掲示します
（３）支払額年間集計表
　　※毎年12月の送金確定日以降に交付します
（４）オーナーレポート
　　※賃貸住宅管理業務の適正化に関する規定に基づき作成します

1．オーナーマイページ新規登録の流れ（新規登録）

新規にオーナーマイページへ登録を行う場合は、弊社より発行しました「送金のご案内の電子交付に関するご案内」をお手元に用意してください。

  • オーナーマイページ から追加登録することで、複数の契約物件が電子交付されます。下記「2.オーナーマイページ新規登録の流れ(物件の追加登録)」にお進みください。
  • E-MAILにてお知らせを送付させていただきますが、メールの受信ができない場合は、「＠minitech.co.jp」を「受信したいドメイン」として設定してください。

2．オーナーマイページ新規登録の流れ（物件の追加登録）

契約物件の追加登録を行う際は、弊社より発行しました「送金のご案内の電子交付に関するご案内」をお手元に用意してください。

  • 登録したオーナーマイページサイトから追加登録することで、複数の契約物件が電子交付されます。
  • E-MAILにてお知らせを送付させていただきますが、メールの受信ができない場合は、「＠minitech.co.jp」を「受信したいドメイン」として設定してください。

The Owner MyPage is a dedicated website for landlords where documents issued by our company to landlords are delivered electronically and can be viewed on a dedicated website.

Documents Delivered Electronically to Owner MyPage

（１）Payment information
　　*We will deliver documents so they can be viewed from the day before the payment confirmation date specified in the management entrustment contract.
（２） Documents delivered electronically along with payment information (irregular)
　　*We will post lists of users with contracts expiring soon and notices from our company.
（３）Annual payment summary tables
　　*We will deliver this after the payment confirmation date in December of each year.
（４）Owner reports
　　*We will prepare this in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Advancement of Proper Condominium Management.

1．Process for Registering for Owner MyPage (New Registration)

If you are registering for the Owner MyPage for the first time, please have the “Notice Regarding Electronic Delivery of Payment Information” issued by our company on hand.

  • You can register additional contracted properties for electronic delivery by adding them through the Owner MyPage. Please proceed to the following “2. Process for Registering for Owner MyPage (Registering Additional Properties).”
  • We will send a notification via email. If you do not receive the email, please set “@minitech.co.jp” as a “domain to receive emails.”

2．Process for Registering for Owner MyPage (Registering Additional Properties)

When you are registering additional contracted properties, please have the “Notice Regarding Electronic Delivery of Payment Information” issued by our company on hand.
